These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GrantMinder, a grant lifecycle management platform operated by experTribe LLC ("experTribe," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or accessing the platform, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
GrantMinder is a product of experTribe LLC, a Maryland limited liability company. You can reach us at support@grantminder.app.
GrantMinder provides tools to help organizations discover, track, and manage grant funding opportunities. This includes grant pipeline management, deadline tracking, application drafting assistance, and organizational profile management. Some features use artificial intelligence to assist with writing and analysis.
You must be authorized to enter into contracts on behalf of the organization you register. GrantMinder accounts are for organizations, not individuals acting in a personal capacity.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at support@grantminder.app if you believe your account has been compromised.
You agree to provide accurate information when setting up your account and to keep it current.
Each organization may have one tenant account. Multiple users within your organization may access that account based on the roles you assign them.
GrantMinder offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Pricing is displayed at grantminder.com and within your account settings. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe.
Annual subscriptions include a 14-day free trial for new accounts. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged.
Monthly subscriptions require a 3-month minimum commitment. There is no free trial for monthly plans.
If you enrolled during our Founding Member cohort, your locked rate applies for the period specified at enrollment. After that period, standard pricing applies.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@grantminder.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused time on annual plans unless required by law.
If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to collect payment. Accounts with outstanding balances may be suspended after reasonable notice.
We will give you at least 30 days written notice before changing your subscription price. Your continued use after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance.
All organization-specific content you create in GrantMinder, including your organization profile, grant application drafts, pipeline activity, internal notes, and section content, belongs to your organization.
You may request an export of your organization's data at any time by contacting support@grantminder.app. We will fulfill export requests within 10 business days.
Grant opportunity details, deadlines, eligibility criteria, and funder information are maintained by GrantMinder as shared platform data. This information is curated and made available across all organizations using the platform. It is not your proprietary data.
When your subscription ends, your account enters a 14-day read-only period during which you can view and request an export of your data. After this period, your account and associated data will be archived. Archived data may be permanently deleted after 90 days.
GrantMinder uses the Anthropic Claude API to provide AI-assisted writing and analysis features. You understand and agree to the following:
AI-generated content is a starting point, not a finished product. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content before submitting it to funders or any other third party.
GrantMinder makes no representation that using AI-assisted drafting will improve your chances of receiving a grant award. Grant outcomes depend on factors entirely outside our control.
AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or information that is outdated or inapplicable to your situation. Always verify facts, figures, and eligibility criteria independently.
We do not use your content to train external AI models. We may analyze patterns in how organizations use the platform, including grant outcomes, pipeline activity, and feature usage, in anonymized form to improve recommendations and platform performance for all users. Your organization's data is also used to improve your own grant submissions over time. The more you use GrantMinder, the better it understands your organization's voice, priorities, and funding history. Those improvements belong exclusively to you. Only anonymized patterns, trends, and outcomes contribute to platform-wide learning that benefits all users. Your specific narratives, drafts, and profile content are never shared with other organizations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
GrantMinder, including its software, design, methodology, AI prompting systems, matching algorithms, and scoring logic, is the intellectual property of experTribe LLC. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our platform to you.
You retain full ownership of the content your organization creates within GrantMinder. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service to you.
If you provide feedback or suggestions about the platform, we may use that feedback to improve GrantMinder without any obligation to you.
We treat your organization's grant strategy, application drafts, and profile narratives as confidential. We will not share this information with other organizations or third parties except as required to provide the service or as required by law. GrantMinder is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, experTribe LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of GrantMinder shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
In no event shall experTribe LLC be liable for lost profits, lost grant awards, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless experTribe LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of GrantMinder, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit through the platform.
You may cancel your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if your payment is more than 30 days overdue after notice, or if we discontinue the service. We will provide reasonable notice except in cases of serious violations.
Sections 5 (data export window), 8 (intellectual property), 10 (limitation of liability), 11 (indemnification), and 13 (governing law) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Baltimore, Maryland under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top and notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use of GrantMinder after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
